Itinerary

1. Book your flight and receive confirmation with meeting details and waiver link.
2. Sign your digital waivers by 6:00 PM the night before your flight.
3. Arrive at the meeting location and check in with the Adventure Coordinator.
4. Meet your FAA-certified pilot and ground crew and confirm group assignments.
5. Watch the balloon inflation just before sunrise.
6. Take flight for approximately 45 minutes while enjoying panoramic views.
7. Land and join a traditional champagne or sparkling juice toast.
8. Return shuttle to the meeting location.
9. Browse optional photo packages and souvenir gear.
10. Tip your crew if you wish.

Important details

• Arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled flight time
• Complete safety waivers with accurate weight information by 6:00 PM the evening before your flight
• Ages 5+ only; children must weigh at least 50 lbs
• Minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, who must sign their waiver
• Requires climbing in and out of the balloon basket unassisted and standing for the 30–45 minute flight
• Pregnant individuals cannot fly
• Consult your physician before booking if you have recent surgery, back or knee issues, or a condition affected by impact or extended standing
• Wear closed-toe shoes; sandals and flip-flops are not permitted
