Know before you go
- Check in at Julie's Dream Winery 30 minutes before sunrise unless a group text the evening before provides a different time
- Stand unassisted for the full 2–3-hour tour
- Enter the basket by hopping in; a stool is available when arranged ahead
- Wear flat shoes and clothing suitable for grass, dirt, mud, and changing temperatures
- Pregnant guests, babies, pets, and guests with impaired mobility cannot fly
- All guests must weigh under 280 lbs; guests over 220 lbs pay a $99 space fee at check-in unless on a private flight
- Pay gratuity of $25–$30 per person; groups of 4 or more must prepay gratuity
- Pay a $75 per-person surcharge for balloon flights on holidays or holiday weekends
- Expect weather-related cancellations to be rescheduled based on availability; they are not refundable
Cancellation Policy
Cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours before the tour for 1–2 guests, or 72 hours for 3 or more guests. Late cancellations and no-shows forfeit tickets and cannot be refunded or rescheduled. Accepted cancellations do not guarantee a refund. Weather cancellations may be rescheduled, not refunded.
