Itinerary

We then have our limo style party bus shuttle you to the balloon field.

Once we arrive at our balloons, we have you participate in the balloon inflation.

We will take some photo's of you and your group while the balloons are being inflated.

Once we get up in the air it’s about 45 minutes to an hour of flight time , while in flight we also provide champagne and bottled water

Once we land we have our limo bus there to pick us up and shuttle us back to the winery to finish up with the tour

- Arrive 30 minutes before sunrise unless you receive a different check-in time the evening before
- Pregnancy is not permitted for this flight

- Expect a $99 space fee at check-in for each participant over 220 lbs; it is not included in the listed price
- Requires standing unassisted throughout the tour and hopping into the basket; a stool may be available with advance notice

- Expect grassy, dirt, or muddy landing areas and wear clothes you do not mind getting dirty
- A $25 per-person gratuity is required for parties of 4 or more and is not included in the listed price
Cancellation Policy
Cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours (2 full business days) before departure for parties of 1–2, or 72 hours (3 full business days) for parties of 3 or more. Late cancellations and no-shows cannot be refunded or rescheduled. Weather cancellations may be rescheduled based on availability and are not refundable.
