FAQs
Arrive 45 minutes before your start time. Enter at Gate 3 (Parrot Key Caribbean Grill entrance) and check in at the Pirate Store to get boarding passes. Do not go down the dock until the captain checks you in.
The description says bring your own drinks in a small cooler, but the booking notes say no outside beverages or coolers are permitted onboard and that the boat has an onboard bar. Clarify what is allowed with Greetwell before booking.
The captain makes the decision. The cruise may be postponed by 30 minutes; if the captain cancels, you can reschedule, get a raincheck good for 1 year, or get a refund. If the boat goes out and then has to turn around due to weather, you can reschedule or get a 1-year raincheck (no refunds in that situation).
