Cancellation Policy
Full refund if the operator cancels when forecast winds exceed 25 knots or South Lake Tahoe's Air Quality Index exceeds 400. Cancel 30+ days ahead for a full refund; 7–30 days ahead for a 50% refund. Cancellations under 7 days and no-shows are charged the full rental amount.
