Cancellation Policy
All sales are final. Cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling are not allowed. Customer-initiated rescheduling costs $100 and is not allowed within 14 days, except for unsafe weather conditions or mechanical issues. The operator may modify reservations if the boat is unavailable or conditions are unsafe.
