Cancellations are nonrefundable. Reschedule at least 48 hours before departure. No rescheduling, refunds, or rebooking within 48 hours, for late arrivals, or no-shows. If the operator cancels due to unsafe seas, bad weather, or unforeseen circumstances, choose a future date or a full refund.
