Unwind on a small pontoon cruise along the Biloxi coastline and out to Deer Island at sunset. Enjoy time on the beach plus a serene ride back as the lights come on.
Maximum 6 passengers per boat; every person counts regardless of age, and at least one guest must be 18+. Pets not permitted unless your party books all 6 seats; BYOB for 21+, and glass is prohibited on Deer Island; no smoking or vaping and no fishing gear. Boarding may require stepping up or down about 2 feet at low tide; there are no facilities on the island and no refunds once departed.
What and where is Deer Island?
Deer Island is located ¼–½ mile south of East Biloxi and juts into Biloxi Bay southwest of Ocean Springs. There are no amenities or facilities—just nature.
What time does it start?
Departure is approximately ½ hour before sunset.
What if there’s bad weather?
Once you leave the dock, there are no refunds if you return early for any reason. If the operator or your party cancels due to unfavorable weather or sea conditions, a full refund or reschedule is available prior to leaving the dock.
Where do I check in?
Check in @ Point Cadet Marina, Dock D #10. Expect 10 minutes for paperwork and loading.
Can we go to Ship or Horn Island?
No—these are small pontoon boats not built for traveling in a true, unpredictable gulf environment.
Is the water safe for swimming and fishing?
Mississippi’s coastal beaches are open.
Who wears a life jacket?
Anyone under 13 must wear a properly fitted life jacket any time the boat is moving.
What can we not do?
No fishing gear, illegal substances, underage drinking, towing, tubing, water skiing, or bow-riding; do not release human or pet remains.
What kind of boats do you have?
A traditional style pontoon boat.
So where can we go once on the island?
Explore all over; arrival is on the west end beach of Deer Island across from the Hard Rock.
Cancel more than 48 hours before start for a full refund. Special Event cancellations are non-refundable. No refunds for no-shows, unused time, late or missed departures, or early returns. Full refund or reschedule if the operator cancels due to weather, mechanical, or personnel factors. Once the boat departs, no refunds if you return early.
