Gemini delivers consistently memorable sailing experiences with a crew that genuinely makes the difference. Guests rave about captains like Linda and friendly staff members like Rich, Russell, Kate, and Arielle who go above and beyond as bartenders, photographers, and entertainers all at once. The sunset dinner cruises are a particular favorite, with strong drinks, tasty food, and gorgeous views that many travelers call the highlight of their Maui trip. Snorkeling tours get equal praise for spotting turtles, dolphins, and tropical fish, with crew members patient and helpful even with nervous first-timers. The sailing itself earns high marks, whether under full sail or motoring to snorkel spots like Honolua Bay. People appreciate thoughtful touches like pressure point bracelets and ginger chews for seasickness, complimentary drinks and snacks, and the relaxed vibe with yacht rock playing in the background. A few travelers experienced frustrating issues with customer service responsiveness around cancellations and schedule changes during emergency situations, so be aware that flexibility may be limited. Overall though, the overwhelmingly positive feedback focuses on the attentive crew, beautiful ocean experiences, and that genuine aloha spirit that keeps people coming back for second trips.
We had the best time on our snorkel cruise with Gemini! Captain Andrew and his crew- Rich and Drew were so friendly and fun. They were organized and kept us safe, well fed, and kept our cups full. The day went by so fast and it was relaxing sailing back to the drop off point. We had so much fun snorkeling it wasn’t crowded at all on the boat or in the bay. Shout out to Ricki, who took our pictures. She was so nice and took some amazing photos. This was our favorite excursion of the week!
