Cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled tour for a full refund. No refunds for cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows. If the minimum of 12 passengers is not met, you will be contacted at least 2 hours before the tour and can reschedule or receive a full refund. Trips canceled by the operator due to weather are fully refundable or can be rescheduled.
