Cancel or change up to 48 hours before start. No refund within 48 hours of start; no-shows and late arrivals not refunded. If the operator cancels due to unfavorable weather, they may reschedule you or issue a full refund. If you return early due to weather: full refund if under half duration; 50% refund or rain check if over half.

Arrive at least 40 minutes before your scheduled departure. Check in at least 10 minutes before departure; if you miss that window, you may lose your seat to someone on the waiting list and you will not qualify for a refund.
