Important details
- Arrive at your scheduled check-in time; the hayride departs 30 minutes later
- Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian
- Requires climbing three steps to board the wagon
- A 20% gratuity applies to all bookings and is not included in the listed price
Cancellation Policy
Full refund with 7 days' notice. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or unforeseen circumstances. No-shows are charged the full price. A $30 per-person rebooking fee applies after 72 hours of your reservation.

FAQs
The cookout requires at least 15 public participants. If the minimum is not met 72 hours before the cookout, your reservation will be canceled with a full refund or moved to the next available date.
Dress for the weather. Bring bottled water for the hayride.
Bring a valid government-issued photo ID if you purchased alcohol with your meal. Without ID, alcohol will not be served and the alcohol purchase is nonrefundable.
