Things to know
Ages 8+ and children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult guardian. Closed-toe shoes are required, and riders with a BMI score of 31 or higher may not participate.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel 10 days in advance; after that, rides are non-refundable. Request adjustments/rescheduling 3 days prior to the scheduled ride. Late or no-show forfeits your ride. If rescheduled due to unsafe conditions, cancellation penalties do not apply.
