30 minutes BEFORE ride begins- arrival and safety briefings 50 minutes ride time on the trails! 10 minutes- photos and dismounting 45 minutes- campfire, champagne & charcuterie 10 minutes- thank you & farewell

Important details
- Arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled ride for paperwork and a safety demonstration
- Ages 8+ only
- Riders under 12 must ride with a parent or guardian age 18+
- BMI must be below 31
- Meet the height-based weight limit: 100 lb at 4'0", increasing 5 lb per inch to 255 lb at 6'7"
- Wear closed-toe shoes
- Not suitable during pregnancy or for people with back problems, recent surgery, or difficulty with balance
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 10 days before your ride; cancellations after that are non-refundable. Request adjustments or rescheduling at least 3 days before the ride. Late arrivals and no-shows forfeit the ride. Unsafe conditions may require rescheduling without cancellation penalties.

You cannot ride if you are pregnant, have back problems or recent surgeries, or have difficulty with balance. Riders with a BMI score of 31 or higher may not participate.
Yes. Every rider must meet the height-and-max-weight chart requirements. If you do not meet the chart for your height, you cannot participate.
