Important details
- Arrive at least 15 minutes before your ride; late arrivals may not be able to ride
- If you arrive late and are allowed to ride, a $15 late fee per rider applies and is not included in the listed price
- Ages 8+ to ride solo
- Minimum height is 4'4" and riders must safely reach the stirrups
- Meet all height-based weight limits, including clothing: under 5'4", 185 lbs; under 5'8", 200 lbs; under 6', 230 lbs; over 6', 250 lbs
- Wear a helmet if you are under 18
- Wear long pants and closed-toe shoes
- This ride is not recommended for first-time or nervous riders
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 48 hours before start for a full refund. Cancel 24–48 hours before start for a 50% refund. No refunds for cancellations less than 24 hours before start. Full refund if the operator cancels due to inclement weather.
