Book Your Flight Reserve online or by phone. You’ll receive a confirmation email with meeting details, directions, and what to bring.

Sign Your Waivers by 6:00 PM the Night Before All participants must sign their digital waivers by 6:00 PM the evening prior to your flight. This is a requirement by the FAA and helps us prepare your flight roster and ensures a smooth check-in.

Meet Your Pilot & Crew Get introduced to your FAA-certified pilot and professional ground crew. Your Adventure Coordinator will assist with balloon and group assignments.

Watch the Balloon Inflation Experience the magic of the balloon coming to life as it’s inflated just before sunrise—perfect for photos!

Take Flight! (Approx. 30–45 minutes in the air) Soar peacefully over Pagosa Spring near the San Juan Mountains. Enjoy panoramic views and commentary from your pilot.

Land & Celebrate Upon landing, join your pilot and crew for a traditional champagne or sparkling juice toast to commemorate your adventure.

Return Shuttle to Meeting Location Hop in the chase vehicle for a short shuttle ride back to your car and the outpost.

Important details
- Arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled flight time
- Ages 6+ only; children must weigh at least 50 lbs
- Minors must fly with a parent or legal guardian
- Closed-toe shoes are required
- Requires climbing in and out of the basket unassisted and standing for the 30–45 minute flight
- Pregnant individuals are not permitted to fly
- A signed waiver and accurate weight are required by 6:00 PM the evening before the flight
- Unsafe weather may delay, reschedule, or cancel the flight
Cancellation Policy
Cancel more than 48 hours before your scheduled flight for a refund minus a $25 cancellation fee per person. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable. This excludes cancellations due to inclement weather, as determined by the pilot for safety.

Dress in layers and wear closed-toe shoes (required). Bring sun protection (sunscreen, sunglasses, a hat), drinking water for after landing, and a phone or camera (keep it secure during flight). You may want cash or card for tips and souvenirs.
