Things to know
Children must be at least 6 years old and weigh 50 pounds or more. You must be able to climb into the basket unassisted and stand for 30–45 minutes, and pregnant individuals are not permitted to fly. Tips for the pilot and crew are not included.
Cancellation Policy
Flights canceled more than 48 hours prior: refund minus $25.00 per person fee. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable. This excludes cancellations due to inclement weather, determined by the pilot for safety.

Arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled flight time. Sign your waiver by 6:00 PM the evening before the flight; a parent or guardian must sign for minors.
Dress in layers and wear closed-toe shoes (required). Bring sun protection (sunscreen, sunglasses, a hat), drinking water for after landing, and a phone or camera (keep it secure during flight). You may want cash or card for tips and souvenirs.
