- Arrive 15 minutes before your reserved float time to meet the shuttle driver
- Single kayaks have a 300 lb weight limit; tandem kayaks have a 700 lb weight limit
- Wear suitable water shoes; flip-flops are not recommended
- Protect phones and other electronics in a waterproof bag or box
- Dogs are welcome only when their size and behavior will not make the float unsafe
Cancellation Policy
Full refund with at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations within 48 hours receive a refund minus 15%. No-shows are charged the full price.
