- Follow guide instructions throughout the tour
- Sign a liability waiver before participating
- Expect route changes when weather conditions require them; tours operate in rain
Cancellation Policy
Full refund 30+ days before departure; 50% refund 15–29 days before. No refund within 14 days or for no-shows. If the operator cancels, you’ll receive a full refund for the tour. Rebooking is subject to availability, costs $20 per person plus tax, and is unavailable within 48 hours of departure.

FAQs
No previous kayaking experience is required for the Sunset Kayak Tour.
Bring a water bottle or other non-alcoholic beverage, damp-friendly shoes, a long-sleeve layer, and a hat, sunglasses, and sunscreen. Wear non-cotton clothing if possible; bring a beanie in spring and fall. Gloves are optional.
Choose an early ferry sailing and allow several hours before departure. Tours missed because of ferry delays or missed ferries are treated as same-day cancellations, with no refund or rescheduling.
