Things to know
Children ages 3–15 must paddle with an adult chaperone. Ages 16+ can paddle without an adult if a parent or legal guardian completes the liability waiver. Guests arriving after 5:30 PM may have a shortened session or be unable to participate.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 24 hours in advance to receive a rain check (store credit); no refunds. Tours may be rescheduled or canceled due to weather or lake conditions; rain checks (store credit) are provided if the tour is canceled.
FAQs
Arrive by 5:00 PM to check in and prepare your gear. The group launches at 5:30 PM. If you arrive after 5:30 PM, your session may be shortened or you may be unable to participate.
Complete all liability waivers before you go down (there is little to no service on the dock). Use the restroom by the general store (there are no restrooms on the dock) and apply sunscreen beforehand.
Bring water, sunscreen, a towel, comfortable paddlewear (light layers recommended), and a dry bag or waterproof case for your phone or keys.
