Know before you go
- Every person in your party must sign the Assumption of Risk and Liability Waiver before boarding
- Arrive on time and wait near the operator signage; check-in begins about 10 minutes before departure
- Expect the cruise time to remain unchanged if your private group arrives late
- Children age 12 and under must wear a life vest; sizes are available to borrow, or bring your own
- Follow captain and crew directions and applicable laws; unsafe or offensive behavior may shorten the cruise
Cancellation Policy
Full refund for cancellations more than 9 days before departure. 50% refund for cancellations between 9 days and 48 hours before departure. No refund less than 48 hours before departure. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or unsafe conditions.
