Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are nonrefundable. Reschedule 48+ hours before departure without a fee; 24–48 hours before departure, a $100 rescheduling fee applies. No rescheduling within 24 hours. If the operator cancels and does not provide a substantially equivalent service, you may receive a refund or reschedule.
