Full refund if Key West Promotions cancels. Cancel at least 48 hours before departure for a full refund. Within 48 hours is non-refundable. Bookings within 48 hours of departure are non-refundable. No refunds for no-shows. Arrive sober; intoxicated guests are not permitted and will not receive a refund.
