Receive a refund with 24 hours' notice of cancellation. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. No-shows are charged the full price.

Your surf lesson location may change based on wind, waves, and tide. If conditions are unfavorable, the lesson may be rescheduled or another expedition may be recommended.
Parking at the initial meeting location is normally not an issue. Some beach locations may require patience and a short walk, especially on weekends.
