- Ages 21+ to rent; bring a government-issued ID for departure or pickup
- Ages 16+ to operate; operators under 18 need a Colorado Parks and Wildlife-approved boating safety course and certificate
- Self-captained wake surf rentals require boating experience; this does not apply to captained on-the-water rentals
- A credit card is required on file for a damage deposit and is charged only if the boat or equipment is returned damaged
- Accidental Damage Insurance is required and covers accidental damage above a $2,500 deductible
- Return the boat with a full tank of gas
- Complete the rental agreement before departure

Cancellation Policy
Cancel 14 or more days before your rental for a full refund. Cancellations less than 14 days before are eligible for a refund only if the reservation is filled. Cancellations within 24 hours are charged the total rental price. Weather cancellations are at the operator's discretion.
