Cancel at least 48 hours before start for a full refund. No refunds within 48 hours. Rebook 24–48 hours before start for a 25% fee; no rebooking within 24 hours. Receive a full refund or rebooking if the operator determines conditions will hinder the activity.

Use paid parking at Larkin Lot. A permit is required on Larkin Road, and free parking on Bay Street is limited to 2 hours.
