Important details
- Arrive 15–20 minutes early for check-in
- Complete the required waiver before your rental
- Ages 23+ only to rent; ages 21+ only to operate
- Bring a valid driver's license and the credit card used for your reservation
- Passengers under 18 must ride with a guardian
- A $1,500 credit-card preauthorization hold is required at check-in
- You are responsible for damage up to $3,000, plus applicable charges for overages, refueling, cleaning, or missing equipment
- An $18 street-legal and off-road tag fee applies and is not included in the listed price
- Refuel with premium 91 gasoline before returning the vehicle
- Stay in Arizona, avoid sand dunes, and ride only on approved open trails
- Recovery requires a $500 fee plus $95 per hour; damaged vehicles may incur a $100-per-day loss-of-use fee
Cancellation Policy
Full refund more than 7 days before your rental. From 7 days to 48 hours before, refunds are subject to a 25% cancellation fee. No refund less than 48 hours before your rental. Full refund if the operator cancels because riding is unsafe due to weather.

You must be 23+ to rent and 21+ to operate the SXS. Every operator needs a valid driver’s license. If a passenger is under 18, a guardian must accompany them.
Plan for an $18 street legal/off-road tag fee added to your rental cost. You also need a $1,500 pre-authorization credit card hold at check-in (the damage deductible amount).
Yes. You are responsible for all damage that happens during your rental period, regardless of fault. The card on file may be used for time overages, damage, recovery, downtime, excessive cleaning, lost or missing equipment, or misuse, including charges applied after your rental.
