Cancellation Policy
Cancel more than 10 days before your booking for a full refund. Cancellations within 10 days and no-shows are nonrefundable. Fourth of July Fireworks, Memorial Day weekend, the week of July 4, and Labor Day weekend bookings are nonrefundable within one month. Receive a full refund if the operator cancels, including for weather.

Yes. If your group size is over 6 passengers, United States Coast Guard (USCG) regulations require a Bareboat Charter and you must pay the captain separately in addition to your prepaid charter fee. An additional $100 per hour is due upon arrival and paid directly to your captain. Group size is based on the number of passengers at the time of booking.
