- Drivers must be 21 or older and have boating experience
- Bring a valid driver’s license; drivers born after January 1, 1988 also need a boater safety course
- Have every passenger sign the Boat Rental Agreement
- Keep life vests on children under seven at all times

Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 7 days before your reservation for a full refund. Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable. For inclement weather, as determined solely by Seaside Island Adventures LLC, a refund or rescheduling may be offered.
