Know before you go
- Check in begins 10 minutes before departure
- Arrive 30 minutes early if driving to allow time for parking and the walk to check-in
- Children must be accompanied by an adult
- The vessel is not wheelchair accessible; wheelchairs must remain on the dock or be stowed onboard
- Sailing may continue in misty, foggy, or rainy conditions when the captain determines it is safe
Cancellation Policy
Cancel more than 72 hours before departure for a full refund minus a 20% admin fee. Cancellations within 72 hours and no-shows are nonrefundable. If weather prevents sailing and rescheduling is not possible, receive a full refund. If the ship sails and you choose not to go, no refund is available.
