Know before you go
- Bring a valid ID and complete a waiver before arrival
- Ages 14+ may paddle independently; younger paddlers require an adult in a tandem kayak or canoe
- Park entry fees are not included: $6 for a 2–8 occupant vehicle, $4 for a single-occupant vehicle, or $2 per pedestrian
- Return all equipment before closing to avoid late fees
- Late returns incur a $50 fee per vessel immediately; after 30 minutes, the fee is $75 and increases by $75 every additional 30 minutes
- Rescue or recovery fees start at $100; Sea Tow fees start at $350 if staff cannot complete a rescue
Cancellation Policy
Cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours in advance for a full refund or booking adjustment. No refunds for no-shows or shortened rental times. Full refund or rescheduling is available if the operator cancels due to unsafe weather conditions.

Complete a waiver before you arrive for your tandem kayak rental.
Wear swimwear or athletic clothing that can get wet. Bring sunscreen, sunglasses, a hat, water shoes or strapped sandals, a reusable water bottle, a valid ID, and your booking confirmation.
If inclement weather prevents your rental from starting, you can delay, reschedule, or receive a refund. Once your rental has started, no refunds or rain checks apply due to inclement weather.
