- Briefing - Quick paddling basics if needed.
- Paddle - Out into the Santa Rosa Sound; keep the shoreline in sight.
- Explore - Hidden coves, dolphin spots, sandbars and paddle toward the Locals' Secret Paradise (Mermaid Swings & Mermaid Mailbox photo op).
- Return - Back to the launch area.
