Cancellation Policy
Receive a full refund when you cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled activity. No refunds are available within 48 hours. Rescheduling is available until the day before the activity; same-day rescheduling is not available. Late arrivals and no-shows are not refunded or rescheduled.
