- Limit each tandem kayak to no more than 2 adults
- Observe the minimum age or weight requirement of age 3 or 35 lbs
- Follow age-based supervision rules: ages 3–12 ride with a parent or guardian, while ages 13–15 need a parent or guardian on the water
- Complete a risk acknowledgement form: a parent or guardian signs for paddlers under 18, and adults sign for themselves
Cancellation Policy
Rentals proceed rain or shine. If severe weather or water conditions shorten your rental by more than 30 minutes, receive a full refund or move your booking to a future date.
