Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 24 hours before pickup for a full refund. You may reschedule up to the time of your booking. No-shows on the day of booking are not eligible for a refund or rescheduling. Receive a full refund if the operator cancels due to unsafe weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
