Highlights
Pick up a two-person hard-shell kayak in Tempe and head out to explore local lakes and rivers at your own pace. Transport gear is provided to help you get the kayak to the water and back.
- Pick up your rental at the Tempe shop location
- Paddle a 13.5 ft tandem kayak with up to 500 lbs capacity
- Choose a full-day rental time of 9:00 AM–5:30 PM
- Add early pickup the night before between 5:00 PM and 6:00 PM
- Return equipment by end of business to avoid automatic late fees

Things to know
Delivery is not provided; you are responsible for pickup and drop-off at the store. Foam roof racks and straps are provided on a first-come basis. Early pickup the night before costs an additional $5.00.
Cancellation Policy
In-store pickup rentals: cancel 24 hours in advance for a full refund. You can reschedule up to the time of booking; if you do not contact them on the day of booking, it is a no show with no refund or reschedule. Full refund if the operator cancels due to unsafe weather or unforeseen circumstances.

Transport it on most 4-door vehicles with a roof rack or in a pick-up truck. Tie-down straps and a foam block roof rack are included, and foam roof racks and straps are provided on a first-come basis.
Bring sunscreen, snacks and hydration, and a waterproof bag for longer paddles. Bring a Tonto Parking Pass (available to purchase in store).
