Know before you go
- Arrive 30–45 minutes before departure
- Requires stepping in and out of the boat and walking on uneven sand and in shallow water
- Expect ankle- to knee-deep water and wet feet during shelling stops
- Children under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian
- All passengers must disembark during shelling stops
- Bring water, an electrolyte drink, snacks, a shell bag or bucket, water shoes or sneakers, and non-aerosol sunscreen
- Smoking and aerosol sunscreen are not allowed on the vessel
- Parking costs $10 and is not included in the listed price
- Return to the boat at the captain's assigned time; delayed departures incur a $30 per-person charge
- Parties of 6 or more have an automatic 18% gratuity, not included in the listed price
- The captain makes weather and safety decisions, and island destinations may change with conditions
Cancellation Policy
Cancel within 48 hours or no-show: full charge. Cancel within 14 days without rebooking: 50% charge. No penalty if you rebook immediately in the same month. Cancellations within 14 days of Thanksgiving, Christmas, or New Year's receive no refund.

The Captain makes weather decisions based on safety. If the Captain cancels due to weather, you will not be charged, and rescheduling may be attempted when possible.
Provide any relevant health conditions before departure, including diabetes, heart conditions, or epilepsy.
