Free cancellation up to 24 hours before departure. No refund within 24 hours. Changes to trip type, guest count, or date are free up to 24 hours before departure. Large group trips have a 7-day refund policy with a $5 per person fee; no refund within 7 days; balance due 7 days prior. No-shows are charged in full. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or unforeseen circumstances.
