Things to know
Participants must be at least 48 inches tall to climb without a guardian. Standard hours of operation are 10 AM–10 PM, though they may vary by day.
Cancellation policy
Full refund when you cancel at least 24 hours before the start time or if the operator cancels due to weather or unforeseen circumstances. No-shows are charged in full. If you visit on a different day than booked, the purchase remains valid but is no longer refundable.
