- Bring a government-issued ID for everyone in your party; IDs are checked before boarding.
- Ages 21+ only for alcoholic beverages.
- Requires transferring into and out of the boat independently or with help from someone in your party.
- Good health is required. The ride may not be suitable during pregnancy or with high blood pressure, heart, neck or back conditions, recent surgery, motion sickness or another condition that boating could aggravate.
- Pets and therapy animals are not allowed. Service dogs assisting people with physical disabilities are allowed if they are not disruptive or a safety threat; advance notice is required. Bring a dog life jacket. Pet carriers are not allowed.
- Sign the liability waiver provided at check-in before departure.
- Children under 13 must wear a life jacket. Use one provided aboard or bring a U.S. Coast Guard-approved life jacket.
- Do not bring outside alcohol, coolers, glass containers, firearms, fireworks or drugs aboard. Smoking and vaping are prohibited.
- Follow the captain's and crew's instructions, including the safety briefing. Visibly intoxicated passengers cannot board.
- Arrive 15–20 minutes before your scheduled departure and allow for seasonal traffic.
Cancellation Policy
Cruises run rain or shine, subject to the captain's safety decisions. If your cruise is canceled in advance due to weather, you'll receive a raincheck, not a refund. No refunds are available. No refunds or credits apply to behavioral or alcohol-related cancellations. No-shows receive no refund.

No. Gratuity is separate from the listed price. If you choose to tip, the customary amount is 20% of the charter fee, shared between the captain and bartender.
The 20-passenger Tiki Too has a bathroom; the 13-passenger Tiki Bar has only an emergency portable toilet. Use the shoreside bathroom facilities before boarding.
Bring plates, cups and utensils; none are provided. Pack food and utensils in containers with lids for windy conditions. There is no refrigerator available for your use.
