What is the no-show policy?

Reservations not claimed within two hours of the scheduled departure time are considered a no-show and are non-refundable.

Things to know

Must be 21+ to rent. All rentals are due back by 6:00PM regardless of rental time; multi-day rentals are due back by 6:00PM on the day of return. A $100 late fee applies for every 30 minutes late, and 15% gratuity is added. Alcohol is permitted for guests 21+. Florida law requires boat drivers born after Jan 1st 1988 have a boat safety certification.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 24+ hours before departure receive a full refund minus a booking fee (10%). Cancellations within 24 hours and no-shows are non-refundable. Reservations may be changed for free 24+ hours in advance based on availability. If weather is unsafe, we may delay, reschedule, or refund at our discretion.

Yes. All passengers must complete a general release of liability waiver prior to check-in, including children and babies.

Drivers must watch the mandatory safety video. Anyone born on or after January 1, 1988 must have a boaters safety certificate completed before check-in. If born before January 1, 1988, a valid ID is required.
