- Drivers require a valid driver's license and valid insurance. Bring your driver's license
- For children under 8 years old or under 4 feet 9 inches tall, bring an appropriate car seat or booster seat compatible with the Jeep's standard restraints
- Personal 4x4 vehicles require advance approval and must meet vehicle inspection criteria
- Wear closed-toe shoes for all trail walks and stops
- Complete a digital liability waiver for each participant before departure
- Keep all trash in the provided trail bins
- Arrive 30 minutes before departure for check-in, the safety briefing, and vehicle staging
Cancellation Policy
Cancel 48+ hours before departure for a full refund minus a 10% administrative fee; 24–48 hours before for a 50% refund or 100% future-tour credit. Under 24 hours or no-shows: no refund. Tours run rain or shine. If the operator cancels for severe weather, trail closures or unsafe conditions, you'll receive a full refund or priority rescheduling.
