Cancel 72+ hours before departure for a refund (minus credit card processing fees). Under 72 hours may get a partial refund if seats are rebooked; if not rebooked, no refund. No-shows charged full amount. Reschedule under 72 hours: 20% fee. Late: $25 per guide per hour.
