Important details
- Every adult age 18+ must read and electronically sign the waiver before arrival
- KP Hole Park entry costs $10 per person and is not included in the listed price
- Use only reusable containers such as Tupperware, Rubbermaid, or a thermos; paper sacks, boxes, plastic water bottles, aluminum cans, breakable plastic utensils, paper napkins, and paper towels are not allowed
- Damage to rental equipment is charged for repair or replacement
- Return the kayak on time; late returns cost $5 per equipment item for every 15 minutes past the due time
- Arrive 30 minutes before your launch time. Late arrivals are treated as no-shows; if equipment is still available for a relaunch, a $15 relaunch fee applies
Cancellation Policy
Cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of booking for a full refund or another day. No refund applies outside that period. If weather forces a reschedule, receive credit to book another day and time as weather permits. Bad weather during your rental does not qualify for a refund or reschedule.

FAQs
Yes. If you paddle downstream to Blue Run Park, the return shuttle to KP Hole Park costs $10 per person and is not included in the listed price.
Park at KP Hole Park for free, though spaces are extremely limited during peak season. Guaranteed parking at Rainbow River Country Club costs $20 per vehicle and includes shuttle service to and from KP Hole Park. Private beach parking is available to HOA members.
Return your kayak by 7:30 PM from April 1 through September 30, or by 5:30 PM from October 1 through March 31.
