- Rider weight limit: 250 lbs
- Complete a waiver before entering the water
- Riders under 18 require a parent or guardian-signed waiver
Cancellation Policy
Cancel 48+ hours before your session for a full refund. Cancel 24–48 hours before for a 50% refund. No refunds within 24 hours or for no-shows. Full refund or free reschedule if the operator cancels due to weather or safety.
