Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 48 hours before for 1–9 participants or 14 days before for 10–24 participants to receive a refund. Late cancellations, late arrivals, no-shows, and last-minute withdrawals are nonrefundable.

The Twilight Rainforest Night Nature Walk is canceled when forecasts show a 50% or higher chance of rain, winds over 18 knots, or possible thunderstorms. If it cannot be rescheduled during your stay, your booking cost is refunded.
Bring only waterproof cameras. Leave non-waterproof cameras and video equipment, important paper documents, valuables, loose jewelry, and anything you would not want to lose behind. Personal equipment is your responsibility.
