Things to know
Arrive 1 hour before departure. Wear warm winter clothes and boots; limited gear is available. Double riders cannot switch drivers during the tour; book singles if each person wants to drive. You may bring your own DOT-approved helmet. Bring your credit card and an ID at check-in.
The total combined weight of both riders on one snowmobile must not exceed 350 lbs. The driver must be at least 16 years old to operate their own snowmobile.
If the driver is under 18, we’ll need a parent or guardian’s signature confirming they’re over 16 and allowed to drive. Please also note that drivers under 18 are not permitted to carry passengers.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 72 hours before departure for a full refund. No refunds within 72 hours. If the tour cannot run due to weather or trail conditions, you will receive a full refund.

FAQs
Dress for cold and wind. Wear warm winter clothing (snow pants, a parka, and thick gloves) and bring your own boots if possible. You may bring your own DOT-approved helmet; a DOT-approved insulated, shielded helmet is provided.
Yes. If you don’t have your own warm clothing (ski clothes work well), limited suit rentals are available for a small fee.
No. If you book a double, the driver and passenger cannot switch drivers during the tour. If each person wants to drive, book single snowmobiles.
