The team here has clearly mastered the art of making people feel comfortable on snowmobiles, whether it's your first time or you're coming back for more. Guides like Chad, Evan, Melissa, and Danyon get consistent shout-outs for being attentive and responsive to different skill levels. First-timers especially appreciate how patient the staff is during check-in and demos, taking time to ensure everyone feels safe before hitting the trails. The equipment and sleds are reported as new and well-maintained, and they've got everything you might need, including rental snow boots. The operation itself runs like clockwork. From booking through check-in to the shuttle ride out to the sleds, reviewers note how efficient and organized everything feels. The trails themselves are beautifully groomed and well-marked, winding through scenic Vermont backcountry that people rave about. Groups tend to be small and intimate, sometimes even one-on-one experiences. Several people mentioned this being a highlight of their Stowe visit, with some already making it an annual tradition. The guides seem genuinely invested in tailoring the pace and difficulty to match what riders want, from cautious beginners to those seeking more speed and challenge.
This was the highlight of our stay in Stowe. Chad was the best guide you could have. He was attentive, informative and helpful throughout the entire guided tour. He cared for some cold hands and toes with his emergency kit of warming tricks. From the booking to the office staff, shuttle driver, and every interaction was stellar. Trails were very well groomed, wide and well marked. The equipment and sleds were all very new and functioned flawlessly.
