Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Cancel 7 days prior to departure for a 100% refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days, no-shows, and late arrivals will be charged the full price.
Dress in layers; it can feel cooler and windier on the water, and it can cool quickly after sunset. Bring sun protection (sunscreen, hat, sunglasses), wear soft-soled shoes, and consider a raincoat. Blankets are available onboard.
