Know before you go
- Arrive 30 minutes before your rental start time for registration and pre-ride instruction
- Ages 18+ only to rent, with valid photo ID and a major credit card
- Drivers must be at least 16 years old; no exceptions
- Total weight limit: 400 lbs per Jet Ski
- Operators born on or after January 1, 1988 need a National Association of State Boating Law Administrators-approved boating education ID card or equivalent certificate, plus photo ID
Cancellation Policy
Full refund for cancellations at least 24 hours before departure. Cancellations less than 24 hours before departure are subject to a charge of half the booking cost. No-shows receive no refund. Full refunds are available for medical emergencies or adverse weather conditions.

You may be moved to the next available departure time or rescheduled for a future time without a refund. Failure to provide proof of completed boater safety certification could result in losing your booking without a refund.
