Know before you go
- All participants must sign a waiver with the guide before the trip starts
- Wear a life jacket for the entire trip
- Anglers should bring an Alaska Sport Fishing License; printed licenses must be signed and digital licenses e-signed
- A king salmon stamp is not needed for the Upper River
- The Upper Kenai River is closed to fishing from May 1 through June 11
- Minors must be able to hold a rod; salmon fishing is available for ages 11 and older
- Provide wader and shoe sizes at booking; include Male or Female with shoe size
- Pay a $14 parking fee per vehicle; guests over 65 receive a discount
- Bring food and beverages, rain gear, warm socks, and protective eyewear
