Things to know
Drivers must be 21 years or older. Minimum age is 4 years. Arrive 30 minutes early for check-in; guests more than 15 minutes late may be rescheduled or canceled and a $100 late fee may apply.
Gratuity is not included. Booking fees (6%) are non-refundable on any partial refund—clarify details with Greetwell before booking.

Cancel 24+ hours in advance for a full refund. Within 24 hours is non-refundable and any remaining balance will be charged. Booking fees (6%) are non-refundable on any partial refund. More than 15 minutes late may be canceled or rescheduled; $100 late/reschedule fee may apply. Full refund if canceled due to unsafe weather (if unable to reschedule).

Wear closed-toe shoes and comfortable gear for hiking. Bring a face covering (buff, gaiter, or bandana) for dust. Water is provided, and it’s recommended to bring extra when it’s hot.
