• Drivers must be ages 25+ and present a valid, unexpired driver's license
• Complete the required waiver before pickup
• A $2,500 credit-card damage-deposit hold applies before you leave with the UTV; damage and repair costs may be deducted
• Purchase a $6 Tonto National Forest Off-Highway Vehicle Permit if you plan to drive the UTV; the permit is valid for 6 months
• Wear a helmet at all times. A $40 cleaning charge applies for a muddy or dirty helmet, $45 for helmet damage, and $150 for a lost or stolen helmet
• Arrive 30 minutes before your reservation. Return the UTV by 5:00 pm; late fees begin at 5:01 pm at $100 per hour, with a $100 minimum
• Return the UTV with a full tank of gas. A $5-$20 fuel charge applies if it is not full
• Return the UTV as clean as possible. A $150 charge applies for excessive mud, and a $100 charge applies for a lost key
• Stay in designated areas, obey posted signs and speed limits, and follow local and state laws
• Keep both hands on the steering apparatus, remain seated with arms and legs inside the vehicle, and do not use alcohol or drugs before or during operation
• Do not ride in water or wet sand, tow another vehicle, leave the UTV unattended, attempt jumps, or make aggressive turns or donuts
• A rollover charge starts at $500. A $100 tire remounting charge applies, and an operator-error rescue within 50 miles costs $500; retrieval beyond 50 miles is charged at cost
• Damage repairs are charged at $95 per hour plus parts and any applicable dealer costs
