Itinerary
🍷 Full-Day Wine Tour Itinerary (8–9 Hours)
Pickup (9:00 AM) Your private party will depart from one location of your choice in Phoenix or any of its 14 nearby metro cities. Relax in private luxury transportation as we head north toward the Verde Valley wine country.
Scenic Drive (9:00–11:00 AM) Enjoy the changing landscapes — from Phoenix’s desert basin to the red rock views of Northern Arizona. Your guide will share local history and fun facts along the way.
Stop #1 – Winery Visit (11:00 AM) Arrive at your first winery or tasting room. Begin your adventure with a curated wine flight, exploring the region’s unique varietals.
Stop #2 – Winery + Lunch (12:30 PM) Head to your second winery, where lunch is served. Guests may pre-order meals from our tour menu for a smooth, hassle-free experience, or order directly from the winery’s full menu. Enjoy a second round of tastings as you dine.
Optional Scenic Stop (2:00 PM) Depending on your group’s pace, we may include a short stop at a local overlook or historic site to take in the beauty of the Verde Valley before the next tasting.
Stop #3 – Winery Visit (2:30–3:30 PM) Visit your final winery or tasting room of the day. This is the perfect time to relax, purchase bottles of your favorite wines, and toast to the day’s adventure.
Return Trip (3:30–5:30 PM) Sit back and unwind as we make the return journey to Phoenix. Drop-off is available at your original pickup location or any of the 14 surrounding cities.

Important details
- Ages 21+ only. Bring a state-issued photo ID; wineries check identification at every stop
- You are liable for theft, damage, cleaning, repair-related lost income, and vehicle downtime. Charges may be billed to the card on file, including $20 per broken glassware; $700 per damaged seat; $500 per damaged carpet; $750 per damaged mirror; $150 minimum for extensive cleanup; $75 for gum removal; $400 for interior shampoo and disinfecting due to sickness; $150 for exterior detailing and wax due to sickness; $500 minimum per burn hole, rip, or upholstery tear; and $2,000 for opening a vehicle door into another vehicle or stationary object
- Removed or stolen vehicle items are charged at triple the listed damage amounts; repair downtime is also charged based on lost revenue
- Vomiting in the vehicle incurs a $400 cleaning fee and ends the tour. No smoking is allowed; cleaning beyond routine cleaning, including smoke odor, rice, confetti, or glitter, incurs a $250 charge
- Keep glass bottles secured or stored while the vehicle is moving. Do not bring outside alcohol or food into wineries

All tours are non-refundable. Reschedule at no charge up to 7 days before your tour, subject to availability. Within 7 days, changes may be accommodated but are not guaranteed.

No. Your second winery stop is a place to order food, but meals are not included.
Yes, outside alcohol is limited to a small cooler and must remain in the tour vehicle. Do not bring glass bottles into the passenger compartment unless they are secured or stored while the vehicle is moving, and do not bring outside alcohol into wineries.
Some wineries and vineyards have uneven terrain, gravel paths, or stairs. The tour requires entering and exiting the vehicle and navigating winery spaces.
